Thanks to the practice of Poliuretanos Rivas in different polyurethane technologies and extensive experience in many sectors, we have developed Flexyskin, a proprietary technology, made from a soft core of polyurethane foam wrapped in a very resistant and durable layer, suitable for use outside.
The resulting material can be used in various environments where high resistance and comfort products are required.
The resulting products can be finished in any color (Ral, Pantone, NCS, etc.)

All the products made in Flexyskin are made from plant waste and meet the following characteristics:
Ecological
The raw material for the polyurethane foam used by the Flexyskin technique comes from vegetable waste and is certified by REDcert.
Soft
With a robust appearance, its surfaces are, however, soft and soft to the touch, providing a comfortable rest.
Resistant
The Flexyskin technique increases the resistance of Bõln designs with respect to other similar products. Certified under the standards of the UNE-EN ISO 4892-2 standard.
Waterproof
Flexyskin surfaces do not become soaked by water, which is why it generates products suitable for outdoor environments. Certified under the standards of the UNE-EN ISO 811 standard.
Flame retardant
Flexyskin material neither ignites nor spreads the flames of fire, a crucial issue in collective spaces. It has been certified under the standards of BS 5852: 06 crib 5, UNE-EN 1021: 15 and UNE-EN 1021-2: 15.
Indeformable
Faced with the intensive use that a collective space implies, Flexyskin surfaces do not alter or deform. With the certification under the standards of the standard UNE-EN 16139: 2013 vc 2015.
Withouth stitches
The compact block that you get with Flexyskin makes fluid and organic design possible.
Antibacterial
Its surfaces have antifungal and antibacterial properties certified under the JIS Z 2801 (ISO 22196) standard.
Insurance
The entire manufacturing process is certified in terms of safety, as well as the origin of the raw materials. This process is certified under the standards of the EN 71-3: 2019 standard.
Easy cleaning
The watertight and organically designed parts generated by the Flexyskin technique facilitate frequent cleaning. Its maintenance process is certified under the UNE-EN 12720 standard.
